What to expect
Step 1: Chat
We start every engagement with a chat (or two). It’s important that we understand your cause, where you’re at as a company, what you know - and what you don’t - about your revenue streams, what your biggest problems are, and what you’d like to achieve with us. The coffee is on us.
Step 2: Analyze
Before we can make any real suggestions, we need to look at what’s going on “under the hood.” It’s okay if your data or processes aren’t "clean” - the dirty little secret is that nobody’s really are. (That’s why we exist.)
Step 3: Plan
We’ll work with you to outline a realistic, achievable plan that you know you can do. By the end of our engagement our hope is that you feel more confident with your revenue strategy.
Step 4: Implement
We’re not one of those consultancies that will make suggestions then leave you high and dry. We’ll help you change your processes to actually realize your potential. And if by the end of our engagement you still need a hand, we’ll always be here to help.
